Game does not work on Windows 10.
The game only works when I disconnect my computer from the Internet. Other than that the game will never launch. Are there any fixes for this problem.

Hi, I've just bought the game in the sale but i also can not get it to start the campaign or single missions, Haven't tried this offline yet. I'm now downloading patch ver. 1.02 but can i install it over a steam purchased game?
A Happy New Year to you all ;-)

I havent needed tto update or patch it either. Are your drivers up to date?

try running with admin enabled and try the compatiblity change (right click on icon, Troubleshoot Compatibility)

Thanks, i will check drivers and Admin enabled compatiblity mode. I run a 64 bit Win 10 so that might do the trick!

Tried every possibility, in admin mode, compatible with win 7 or win 8, starting exe directly from folder, steam in admin with game also in admin and compatibility on. No luck yet. :steamsad:

Yeah my game crashes too after I pick mission. It crashes right after the loading screen. Win 10

That's exactly what happens to me too. In one of his recent video's, Bluedrake mentions a friend making OPFDR work in Windows 7, but no further explanation on how it's done.
i really do not think it has to do with win 10 because the game runs fine on win 10 with every one else i know that has played the game (also have win 10). heres a thought ...sometimes an older game is patched to run on newer systems and sometimes virus detection programs like avg free detect these patches as trojans, something that i have encountered before. Its just a thought but sometimes third party software can do things like what you are describing....so could something like that be possible?

It has something to do with unplugging from the internet so what could that possibly be, perhaps anti virus but I'm not sure, I tried using my killswitch but only unplugging lets me play it.

have a look through the options in windows defender...or whatever its called. The one thing i have noticed with wiin 10 is every update it resets my network option witch stops me from viewing other computers on my network. however it doesnt stop me using any game....although it is strange that you can play if u unplug your internet....sooooooooooo ill take that back maybe your installation of win 10 is screwed like mine and a re install is what you need. But dont quote me on this im not verry computer savvy.
or a fire wall on your router that closes the game?? need port fawarding

Are you running anything like Cheat Engine?

i think i found the solution.. who here is running oc cpu?? if not sure goto task manager and goto performance, if ur cpu mhz is 0.80 then thats the prob. u need to reset ur oc to default and goto bios and disable c state

Doesnt seem worth it to reset to stock mhz tbh but Ill keep it in mind
