How to unlock FPS lock?
It's locked about 65fps for me, vsync off and on, tried.
GPU: RX 5600 XT
CPU: i5 9600k

I get that but the thing is, those settings don't exist on AMD and therefore irrelevant. I have a GPU utilization issue and I can't find a fix anywhere. So like a "regular person" they are asking for help.

instead of very high settings only put at most just 'high'.

Sadly, you're just out of luck :(

I've tried for months to make this work on AMD GPUs, it runs terribly on all modern AMD GPUs and just as badly on modern Nvidia GPUs, unless you set them to ultra low latency mode for some reason. (Runs much worse on my RX 580 8GB no matter what settings or GPU clock speeds than my old 1050 Ti 4GB which runs just about everything else massively worse)

You may get better performance running in Linux with Proton (I think because of DXVK), but I wouldn't recommend going that far for one game, as far as I can tell this game just has compatibility issues with modern hardware and operating systems

I use RTSS to set a frame limit. Then i had to disable origin overlay. Then launch directly from origin. (as launching from steam uses origin lite - which u can't disable the overlay)

Should unlock frame rate.

Hey champ .. i had to do the same thing with Crysis 2 and it worked with this one too.. if you have RivaTuner or MsiAfterburner installed + Rivatuner , go to Rivatuner and add the Crysis 3.exe manually .. and set right there an fps limit up to your monitors refresh rate or your desired fps ... after that , launch the game and it should work, even with vsync on ... apparently this is a windows bug with old cryengine 3 games ... i hope this helps
