It depends on your region, you can find 1 populated server in Europe and in USA, but since you're from China you'll have to play with 200-300 ping, which makes it kinda pointless to play.

There's been 2-10 servers around and active for a very long time. Now that the game's on steam, there might be more of them.

Then I have to pass on this one unless they support 60hz servers

its literally no fun for new players. dont know a game where the Mp new player experience sucked as much as in this
