Because I thought SoS represented an investment in the game, not a stepping stone toward another game. The fact that they are putting resources into developing another game rather than fixing issues with the current one is disgusting. I didn't get caught out with TS1 but now it seems I might have been conned.

Well, that depends. It would matter if any fixes only apply to the ported version for TSW3 because that would mean any one who bought SoS for TSW2 would then have to pay for TSW3 to get the updates. Didn't they stop updates to TSW1 when TSW2 came out? I can't recall. If they update both versions then obviously it doesn't matter.

it's useless to make TSW3, TSW2 must be improved and with more dlcs. If they do what, i will be disappointed.

If the game save for TSW2 wasn't implemented in TSW3, it's useless to buy TSW3.

How i can get a french version for the stream (roadmap) please ?

You don't even know yet if TSW3 (or whatever it will be named) is a paid upgrade. The reason TSW2 was is because it required a significant amount of dev work to facilitate the upgrade to UE 4.23.

This time around we are already on UE 4.26....the only possible upgrade is to 4.27 which DTG have said wont happen as it provides no useful features over 4.26

You might be thinking "well theres UE5" ... I think it is too early for DTG to move the franchise to UE5 (and they have pretty much implied this as well)

If "TSW3" stays on 4.26, the amount of dev work will be minimal in porting over all the existing content...meaning it will probably be a free update (as TSW was over TSW CSX:HH & TSW2020 was over TSW)

I don't think they're bringing out a "new game", it's probably going to be like what they do with TSC, it'll be a big core update and a renaming of the game from TSW2 to TSW3 and they'll just package it with 3 (maybe 4) new routes.

Nah Beasty, they just confirmed it, it a whole different game and they will no longer support TSW2 with new DLC's.

i play an other game, i don't buy TSW3, i'm disappointed.
