Dovetail Games Live Not Unlocking Mastery Rewards

Hey all, I have signed up to and logged into DTG live service in TSW2 because it sounded pretty cool.
However, it is not unlocking anything no matter what i do.
I have looked this up and the common fix appears to be to logout, let it delete your data and log back in, but i have done this twice and nothing.
Others have said it is on a delay, yet i have waited a few days now and nothing has progressed.
I have even checked the DLC i own and it says i have done nothing and made no progress to unlock anything.
Only a small thing, but i think it would be nice to unlock stuff, get that progression fix!
Anyone managed to fix this, or shall i just log out and ignore it?

Do you mean mastery or the achievements?
There is no need to delete your profile and save data. It will not help you. For mastery you need to be logged in at dovetail live, otherwise it will not work. The tier two awards need tobe unlocked in the game to make them visible. Achivements are not dependent on dovetail live, you should get them automatically.

I for my part also have this problem with 2 successes which are not unlocked RT all the scenarios completed and the scenario DB187

Apologies, yes i mean the mastery.
Even though i have run appropriate routes, there is no progress showing in the mastery section.
I am logged in successfully to dovetail live.
Achievements are unlocking normally with no problem.
I must reread the starter guide as i think i must have skipped the Dovetail live section as i wasn't interested in it at first.
I will go back and have a good read.

Make sure your Dovetail Live and Steam account have been linked or you will not get any mastery unlocks.

All done! not sure why it doesn't tell you to do this, or if it does then i am blind and missed it!
Now to run a couple of routes to test it.

Yeah I can a agree that it's a bit obscure. Just be aware that masteries doesn't necessarily update right away. Try rechecking after a few hours if nothing happens.

It never occurred to me that it would need to be integrated, i didn't even know such a thing existed for the sim.
Ah well, i am about to go for a short drive so hopefully it will now work, a real shame it's not retroactive!

Edit: It is now correctly counting my runs, thanks again!

maybe it is router or virus scanner that is blocking things
i can not think of anything else
the only other thing i always do is exit the game from the main menu screen (route selector)

I believe this is a known issue. Sometimes the game doesn't register that you are logged inn even though you are. Log out of Dovetail Live in-game and then relog and see if that solves the problem.

Also as I mentioned in an above post, masteries doesn't always update right away. So try again in a few hours if nothing happens.

Had the same problem but logging out and then back into Dovetail in-game fixed it.
