Train Sim World® 2 - where is Free roam?

Hi. I just moved from 'Train Simulator 2021' to Train Sim World 2'. Is Free roaming available here, because I can't find it. I don't really like the 'scenarios' game mode, the free roaming is my favorite and the only type of game which I play.

Deactivate "Auto-load journey" in the gamesettings, select explore and click on foot.

Using the scenario planner is the closest you will get to a free roam as you are setting your own destination and stopping pattern...the downside is it takes time to setup with AI and it isn't really a substitute for the timetable mode. Timetable/service mode has predetermined stops so it also cannot be really defined as 'free roam'

Nowhere. Rail-people cannot drive around freely with their locos. This game is much more realistic, than TS.

You may download the TSW2 Starters Guide. It explains all available game modes and settings. There is no freeroam in the sense of TS, but I think the timetable mode gives you a lot of interesting stuff to explore. With the scenario planner you can create your own A to B drives, but to be honest, it is not very interesting and exciting.

Thanks guys for help. I will try your suggestions and see if is any good. I've also purchased 'Train Sim World 2020' which I need to check if is any better. Old Train Simulator was so far the best game for me, it's a shame that graphics there isn't that good.

TSW2 is the next version of TSW2020. If you purchased TSW2 then you don't need TSW2020. Both versions include Sand Patch Grade but TSW2 comes with 3 routes.
