Steam and TSW3

When they announced TSW2, DTG said another engine update similar to the TSW1 to TSW2 update was needed for steam to work. So do you think they'll release steam as a paid upgrade from TSW2 to TSW3?

No, but you will need to pay for the dlc that brings the first steam engine. Core upgrades are normally free (th TSW2 upgrade is an exception, but it is not bad you get 2.5 routes for the price of one).

If its DLC then thats fine. But i have a sneaking suspicion they will try and bundle this with TSW3 with excuses like 'we have to do this to be able to implement steam' etc etc. I hope im wrong but ......
