Guys ENABLE DX12!!!!

It literally improved my FPS by 15. Just go to properties, set advanced launch settings and put -dx12.

word of warning whenever I use DX12 on SPG WITHOUT RUNNING ANY OTHER ROUTES BEFORE IT the game crashes every time; but it still can crash at any time or at least more often than ususal.

Do you have any custom liveries installed? DX12 does not sit well with them for some reason so remove them and all will be well.

WDYM custom liveries? if you mean the ones from the livery designer, well, I MIGHT have spend days on end on them and I'm not about to deleate them. anyway I'm good with my current framerate (all I did was turn Vsync off which can help boost FPS but can cause screen tearing or whatever) it was just a warning. also I was curious if anyone else had noticed it.

Yep it's a known issue and I mentioned it above in like the second comment

So i did give dx12 a shot and YES it does improve fps a bit ON PAPER!

But dx12 is not properly implemented yet and brings new issues like stuttering that was not there before, regular graphical glitches and overall its just more extreme up and down instead of the "baseline" of performance i personaly get on my system under dx11 in TSW 2.

Maybe others have better experiences .... so sure everyone should try it out^^

Yes, I had the same issue with very noticeable stuttering occurring with DX12 enabled.
