what DLC do I need to play DB BR 363?

Am I required to have Train Sim World® 2: Ruhr-Sieg Nord: Hagen - Finnentrop Route Add-On?
OR
The game says required to have Train Sim World 2 - that's a given but I am not seeing where it is in the scenarios?

What? No. The BR 363 is a German train. You will not have it in Northern Trans-Penine.

From the store page:

It's a little misleading when the in your face note that you see when you open the DLC clearly and only says "must have Train Sim World 2" in order to use this DLC. The note should also say in addition to having Train Sim World 2 you must have the following map addon as well...or something similar
