Does the tree vanish if...?
I planed the thaen tree in adventure mode, it seems that the tree remains and doesn't disappear when i switch to campaign, but I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. If I reroll, will the tree disappear, or it remains there?

Not a bug, the tree is a permanent thing, and is basically that way because it takes real life days to get the fruit/results from stuff. Having it disappear/regrow every time you change modes would really, really suck.

In my case, however, I had the Thaen seed that I was about to plant but I rerolled after I finished the adventure. RIP.

so I guess you have to plant it or you'll lose it from the inventory after rerolling.

Yuck. But, thankfully it is not TOO hard to get another one.
