The Point of tMod?
Please forgive me for I'm new to the game. Can someone explain to me what the point of tMod is? If I understand correctly, I can run the original game and use steam workshop to get mods for it. So what does tMod do that is special?

there are more game changing mods on tmod. the original game workshop is mostly visual stuff.

Regular terraria has texture packs on its workshop
Tmod has actual mods
