Mod to convert classic world to expert?

Is there a mod that is able to convert an existing world to expert mode? Or at least allow for expert drops?

Fargo's mod also adds an NPC that sells the world token wich allows you to change the difficulty of the world, make sure to download the right mod, Fargo's have a lot of mods, one is a Qol mod that adds 4 usefull npc that sell rare enemies spawn, event spawners, boss spawners and a lumberjack, also a few items that help opening space for arenas etc, and the Souls mod wich is an insanely hard mod
