troubles with entring the tmodloader

Guys, would appreciate your help with this issue
So, I was going to start my game with some mods and and the app wouldn't start
I tried multiple solutions (even downloaded one from github), but it didn't work T-T

Looking in "bat." file i found this:

mv: can't rename 'D:/Games/tModLoader/Libraries/Steamworks.NET': Permission denied
'D:/Games/tModLoader/Libraries/Steamworks.NET' -> 'D:/Games/tModLoader/Libraries/steamworks.net/Steamworks.NET'

I'm having a lack of understanding IT matter, so I'm waiting for someone who's smart enough to solve this, would love to get some instructions
