How do I make Tmodloader borderless?

I googled how to fix my issue and it led me to go into tmods config where I had to make sure fullscreen was false and borderless was true but the thing is they were already like that so what do I do now?

Afaik there is no borderless, only fullscreen. The option does nothing. You can double click the the top border to maximize the window but you'll still have your task bar and the top border visible. Fullscreen is fullscreen with no borders but it also has the annoying minimization when the window is not in focus.

Ya just gotta fiddle around in settings I forgot where specifically but when I download tmod again I'll get back to ya in a bit
