'System.IO.IOException: The cloud file provider is not running' on launch
I've tried reinstalling both Tmodloader and Terraria. any help? I can include the log it gave me.

I've also tried verifying the integrity of the game files.

idk but it might be some issue with steam maybe since it is saying cloud file provider is not running
