Report a translation problem
Most times, due to Terraria’s general lack of optimization and constraints, it’s most likely the game is lagging itself and has nothing to do with hardware.
Add mods on top of that and it gets 10x worse, unfortunately. There isn’t a method to necessarily reduce this either (such as a parallel to Minecraft’s Optifine).
Best advice? Reduce your mod count or bear with it, I’m afraid.
