tModLoader Startup Issue with Command Prompt

I have been playing tModLoader normally since yesterday, I closed it after playing and once I tried to reopen it again it would start up command prompt (as normal) but after running command prompt it would not start up the actual game and the icon on steam would show that the game was not running.

I have repeatedly verified the game files (they were all successfully verified), uninstalled and reinstalled tModLoader and Terraria, deleted all files for tModLoader and then installed it again, removed all mods to try and run it, but none of this worked. I also deleted all tModLoader files and then verified them so it would automatically reinstall but this did not work either.

In command prompt, at the very end of the startup it reads "cat: can't open 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/tModLoader/cli.........argsConfig.txt' : No such file or directory" the ... is a part that is cut off and I don't have time to scroll to it, since command prompt flashes up so fast I can't click on it (I was able to see this part by recording it on my phone and pausing on the frame).

I am able to play Terraria and run it as normal, just without tModLoader.
