Tmodloader won't launch

I try launch tmodloader and it will have the code block and stuff fine but will just stop running and wont launch the game. I can launch normal terraria and other games fine it's just tmodloader. I have tried validating files, reinstalling both terraria and tmod, I have deleted the tmodloader file from my pc and none work. It launches fine on my laptop it's just my pc.

Pure shot in the dark, but it's screwed me over several times. Try making sure any controllers aren't plugged into your computer. For reasons beyond me, if I try launching the game with my Mayflash Gamecube adapter plugged in, it refuses to launch

I dont have anything connected tho, just my bluetooth mouse and wired keyboard. It started after I had to remove my CMOS battery to hardreset my bios, how to check if there is a problem and how to fix it through bios idk
