Catalyst Intergalactic armor super loud

I am playing a mod pack with catalyst among other mods and i just got the intergalactic armor summoner set. But it has a set bonus where it shoots some kind of meteor and it is agonizingly loud. Is there anyway to lower the volume of a specific mod or mute it entirely?
