help, can't download mod from the browser or the workshop

i haven't play terraria for couple of month, so i hop on the game and download some mod but it won't let me. the browser and everything was ok but when i download and went to enable the mod there's no mod been added to my library or and file been added, i need help

yeah i had the same problem in 1.3...with some mods not downloading...even after i restarted the game i would try again and they wouldnt download
