Infernum DoG not dying properly???

Please someone help, Ive beat DoG 3 times no-hit on camera but everytime he reaches 0% he just disappears, no death animation plays, no loot drops and the boss isnt even counted as slain in the boss checklist. Ive made a video about this happening to me, it was the first time it happened and I assumed it was cause I got hit on the frame he reached 0% but then it happens 2 more times so now Im wondering. This isnt really an answer but try checking if you have mods on, that would mess with infernum. like fargos or whatever, anyways how do you no hit dog. nice skill!. hope you find the fix.
