Help with Remnants and Calamity world generation

So I\m having this problem with remnants and calamity compatability. Whenever I try to make a new world using Remnants and Calamity (also Infernum) I run into a problem with the jungle generation. Calamity is supposed to add the vernal pass and Infernum adds the blossom garden. Remnants reworks the jungle generation and messes it up so the vernal pass and blossom garden biomes do not generate. Can anyone help with this?
