Bro, i think you installed CALAMITY OVERHAUL, what unlocking Murasama for pre-hardmode, but with huge debuffs. In CALAMITY OVERHAUL you just need to kill bosses in the list for upgrading murasama's damage and unlocking skills. Thats all. just install mod "Boss checklist" and beat them all. In vanilla Calamity Mod you need to beat the Devourer of Gods Post-Moonlord boss.

You probably installed the OVERHAUL addon, just keep killing the bosses, this addon makes so murasama scales the more you progress in the game, if I remember well Halibut cannon also scales on game progression, not sure about that one tho
