Working on Beating Boss Rush in Calamity Mod on Master Death Mode, any tips?

I've beaten the Boss Rush on both Expert and Master Revengeance. I'm now looking to beat it on Master Death, and if anyone could give me some helpful tips that'd be appreciated. Thanks :)
