Terraria infernum Multiplayer aquatic scourge bug

The aquatic Scourge refuses to spawn when I attempt to summon it in me and my friends infernum world, but works fine in singleplayer. Is there a way to fix this or will we just have to have the owner solo the boss by themselves

A lot of Infernum bosses are broken in multiplayer and there's no way to fix it, expect every boss from Moonlord and beyond to be broken too, you'll have to fight them in Singleplayer.
