Calamity Master Mode (Death Mode) WOF Glitch

Me and my friends have been fighting wall of flesh and after one of us dies (it seems to target someone with Rouge Stats but we did some testing and cant find any connections aside that it loves to happen to me the host) and once i die WOF will just despawn a few seconds after im dead and we have tried different worlds different characters and cant find any other things that could be causing the problem (there is one thing that im not 100% certain of)

i also checked all my mods and they all seem fine so if anyone has suggestions lmk
