Report a translation problem
My anti-virus flagged (and deleted) said file, and that somehow stops tModloader from loading up.
I haven't added any new mods, or updated any, so I can't say if there's an issue with those, and downgrading the modloader disables the ones I use anyway, so no way to find out. :P
Got that exact issue as well. I just created a support post on their Discord for (hopefully) more exposure.

We are still reviewing what changed between the updated 0.11.5 and outdated 0.11.4 versions of this 3rd party library to trigger this, but we are aware that 0.11.5 used has been out for almost 11 months now on https://www.nuget.org/packages/Mono.Cecil/ and used by other projects including Microsoft's Maui product.
Verifying Integrity should resolve the issue
