eternity mode + death + revengance is daresay, pretty painful but otherwise still playable
is there any way to have even more pain in a terraria playthrough besides mods that make the game completely impossible?

I like to use the "Hard" mod as well with that combination

You could try one of those "Floor is lava" mods that makes all natural blocks inflict the Burning Debuff

Did you ever see the video of the Irish Lads playing it together? It was vanilla Terraria but omg 🤣
CallMeKevin, RTGame, etc are hilarious when they play together but I definitely wouldn’t want to be part of the group 🤣🤣🤣

I want the game to be genuinely hard rather than just artifical difficulty like "dumbass friends" like some mod-packs that genuinely make me have to try-hard on every single boss or enemy, or make me mad at any point within the game (because funny)
