got "defaulted" in heroes mod

i made every attempt to get back my admin role but I'm stuck in default group this happened out of nowhere and i was using my admin password i tried looking for the servers secret code i tried manipulating the data base but no I'm stuck in default ON MY OWN SERVER! so i need instructions on how to fix it (no hint about where to look it must be straight forward)

no i just gave up at this point and transferred to dragon lens
because screw finicky pass systems

and dragonlens crashes your server now so fml
