Cant find tumor to summon hive mind. Calamity

I recently made a new calamity world with corruption and cant find the tumor. I've already did all bosses before hive mind but still cant find it.
To see if it was just bad luck i created a crimson world and instantly found a perferator cyst.
So i have no idea why I cant find a tumor. Is this just a corruption thing?

try using a zerg potion
