Profaned Guardians wont spawn (infernum Calamity)

no matter where i spawn be it the proper cliff in the garden the surface or anywhere the guardians simply wont spawn i cant even read the plaque in the center of the profaned garden. is there a fix i can do outside of making a new world, cheat engine, or screwing with files? or do i simply need to wait for an update to fix this bug

I've been having the same bug on my world, I dont know what triggered it but its annoying. Unless we hear something about a fix I'd assume we'd just have to make another world.

What I did instead is I beat the guardians in infernum on another world because I care about proper progression and the challenge, but you can change it to revengence or something after that and beat them on your world to get the gate to providence unlocked. Hope this helps.

Transferring a world from 1.4.3 to 1.4.4 is what causes the issue from what I know, if you've done that then you'll need a new world.
