Angler NPC not spawning on Calamity Mod Terraria
I have 2 oceans, one is the abyss ocean, and the other is a normal ocean. The angler NPC will not spawn on either of the oceans. I have a spare house for him and everything, and have waited for a while. It just isn't spawning and I don't know what to do. I am trying to get all of the fishing accessories but can't do that without the angler NPC.

He doesn't just spawn like the merchant would. You have to find him either floating in the water, or lying on the beach. Then you talk to him and only then will he enter his house.
