Can't Shimmer NPCs

I created a new world in the 1.4.4 update, so I know it's not a conversion issue, but I can't seem to Shimmer any NPC, vanilla or modded. The biggest mods I have enabled are Calamity and Fargo's Mutant

I think, Calamity it's causing the problem, I disabled the mod and the game made shimmering NPC's work again. It's probably a bug.

Calamity temp disables it as sprites aren't done
