Yharims Crystal help not dropping

I've been grinding out yharon for the Yharim's crystal for a while and i cant tell if i'm really unlucky or stupid. The wiki says its a 10% chance but it doesn't feel like it so i went through some of the old patch notes and it was previously a 1% and was wondering if 1.4.4 still has that in effect.

10% chance is lower than you think, it took 24 tries for me to get a different 10% drop from another boss
