Terraria calamity - cant double tap to dash, only manually

hello guys, so while calamity is installed, i cant double tap to dash. i tried to find a toggle option in external files, but when i opened C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Terraria\ModLoader\Mod Configs - there was no such folder like CalamityConfig.json
please, help me. its hard doing bosses when i have to manually dash. it also dashes in the direction u are facing. if i want to dash backwards, i have to face my char backwards completely.

What do you mean by "Manually dash"?

nvm i already solved it. i just needed to unbound a dash key in controls to double tap to dash
