1.4.4.0 Unable to Dash

Alright so, just getting on computer. Tmod starts up normally but its as if I had newly downloaded it, probably an update. Set all my setting defaults, then play the game. Hours later, after attempting to solo a boss, I am unable to dash. Counter Scarf from Calamity and Shield of Cthulu won't work, until now still doesn't work.

The Tmod startup was 2 days ago

Today I tried seeing if it was a game problem by dashing in vanilla Terraria, and to my surprise isn't. I had Solar Armor on and the dash was indeed working. I recently validated all files as well and still nothing, so I assume its a problem with Tmod. Any other takers?

Dashing works fine for me.

Calamity does have settings that I believe can change how you dash, are you sure you didn't accidentally turn that on in its config or something?

Update

- tested out all mods, apparently Calamity is the big problem. Everything is fine with vanilla items, but when Calamity is on, not even vanilla items can dash.
Guess I'm reporting to Calamity

Im not sure what could be give this problem to the game, but with calamity i will never suprise if they do something stupid. Anyways i will recommend to install this mod:

U will higly need something like this because most of the fights people do accidentaly dashes aggains to bosses.

Go into calamity settings and disable dash double tap override. must resolve.

Where can I find those Calamity settings? I'm playing with my friend at the moment and I'm annoyed that I can't use dash.

Me and my friend have same problem last 2 play toughs. I fully reinstalled tmod loader and calamity both cleared all system cache and temp just in case with no success. i also found out without calamity it works it looks like calamity bugged just for some of us. Note that it did happend soon after obtaining shield and it worked at the start i restarted server soon after and than it stopped working so could be bugged saves i guess buth it doesnt change the fact that it still doesnt work after clean "reinstall" wierdly.

i have this problem too, i also did find the setting and i have it on unbound. still no dash, any tips?
