hey i'm interrested in a thorium playtrough, been wanting to play healer for a while now.

Calamity is not better, just different. calamity only like calamity and basically only do calamity thing, make vanilla things worthless and only balances around itself, thorium is more of an "add to vanilla experience" you just have more things but it's balanced with vanilla. i love calamity but after a while it's refreshing to do something else.

Well the base game stuff is really boring, so if you're creating things to fit in with that, they must be just as boring. yawn.

Well the base game stuff is really boring, so if you're creating things to fit in with that, they must be just as boring. yawn.

yeah it's called different opinions, I was just stating that calamity is too different from thorium in their goals that it's pointless to compare which is better, it's like comparing minecraft vs terraria, they are too different to compare like this.

minecraft and terraria are the same genre, just that one is 2D and the other is 3D. In which Terraria is better hands down.

yes 2d minecraft, with accessories, a completely different armor/ weapon/accesories/movement system, with bosses and world progression. how are the 2 similar except blocks and zombies?

They're both sandbox adventure games. Just that one has 10000% more content than the other.
