Eater of Worlds Despawning

I have quite a few mods installed, so I'm just hoping this is a known bug.

When I fight the EoW, everything goes along naturally right up until I actually kill it.
When its health drops to zero, it simply disappears. No text or drops appear.

Are there any mods known to cause this issue?
If not, I'll try to debug and try to comment what it was.
