(Fargo's souls mod) enchantments not working on specific character

Nearly any enchantment is not working on my character, I tried creating other character, joining the same world and giving the same enchantments, and it worked, but not on my previous character. Any solutions?
If something unclear:
My character (khat) equips an enchantment (example - ebonwood, palm), and nothing happens (no aura and no palm sentry), but when different character (khattest) uses the same enchantments, they perfectly fine. Tested in the same world.

Mods - AlchemistNPC lite, boss checklist, calamity (with music mod), cheat sheet, fargo's mutant mod (with souls and souls dlc), hp awareness, lights and shadow, max stack plus extra, ore excavator, recipe browser, WMITF, wing slot extra

TBH i dont think there is a way to fix this... I just made a new (same) character and just gave myself the items back using cheats... It worked on the second character but idk what the bug is or how to fix it... sorry
