World Generation Issue (Solved)

Recently I decided to start playing tModLoader again, but whenever I try to generate a new world it always gets stuck on "Hiding Treasure".
I have a bunch of mods but the only ones that (I think) effect world gen are:
Yet Another Quality of Life Mod
Reduced Grinding*
Calamity Mod Infernum Mode
Calamity Mod
World Gen Previewer*
Gensokyo
Plentiful Ores
Kourindou
Terrarchitect
Fargo's Best of Both Worlds
and The Stars Above
Apparently someone also had this issue like 4 or so years ago, and the only mods we had in common were the two marked with a * and Magic Storage.

Update:
Upon further testing, none of these mods are causing the problem, so now I have absolutely no clue what it could be.

Update 2:
The mod that's the problem is Armor and Accessory Prefixes by stormytuna. It doesn't cause it alone so it's probably conflicting with one of my other mods.
