Just had to learn this the hard way myself lol
Hard to say past a few bosses that don't exist as I stopped using that wiki shortly after this discovery. For a while though I was using the "Mod progression" page for help and while it does have useful information there's little bits slipped into there to throw you off and send you on wild goose chases
Some of them actually mention a "community remix mod" (While others claim to be apart of the base mod) but as far as I'm aware it doesn't actually exist
Yeah those are all fake entries, The ogscule one being a little weird since it claims to be apart of "calamity's vanities" which is a mod that adds 0 weapons as the name implies lol
If you see any wiki page with "fandom" in the url I recommend avoiding it. Not worth the headache trying to figure out whats real and what isn't
Yup lol, That's the exact page that sent me for a loop
Actually now it is kind of "real" as the maker of the Calamities Vanities GinYuH recently made the fabled Calamity remix mod based on the fake Fandom pages. So you can fight the Wulfrum excavator now if you really wanted to with that extension to Calamity.
I've even tried it myself, It wasn't too bad
You place an energy core which are commonly dropped by the wulfrum amplifiers (The ones that sit on the ground and have a little bubble) inside of a living wood chest (the one with the grass on it) then close the menu and the boss will spawn similar to using a key of night/light to spawn biome mimics
