i think i managed to run tmodlaoder in exclusive fullscreen

using dxcpl i added dotnet.exe to the list and selected feature level limit to 9_1 and disabled feature level upgrade . then i right clicked on dotnet.exe and in properties disabled fullscreen optimisation. windows 10 btw

Hi. Can you tell me if this still works? I've been trying to make the game full screen exclusive for a while. I've looked for several solutions but only found yours. I'm disappointed that they took away the exclusive full screen mode because my PC doesn't run the games as well in borderless full screen mode.
