HELP: Mods aren't showing up!

So the new tmodloader update dropped, and like usual some of my mods weren't ready for the new version. I went to the workshop to see if the mods got updated and they did, but it wasn't showing up in-game. So I looked in the comments of the mods that updated on the workshop, but not in the game. And people were saying unsubscribe and resubscribe to fix the problem, so I did just that.

The problem now is that the mods that were redownloaded aren't showing up in my mods list they show that I have them downloaded on the ingame workshop, but I can't find them in my mods list.

What should I do?
I tried restarting my game and that didn't work.

Try reinstalling tmodlader, it helped me.
