Can't spawn in the Celestial Pillars in Calamity
I defeated the Moon Lord and got access to Vortex armour, but I didn't have enough fragments. However, defeating the Lunatic Cultist again didn't start the Lunar Event. How am I going to get more fragments? Btw I can't craft any more Vortex Fragments because I don't have any Solar Fragments.

Just found out that Astrum Deus drops them.

defeating lunatic cultist hasnt given me the pillars either any advice?

Read the above comment. You need to kill Astrum Deus (a post-Lunatic Cultist boss) to get more fragments or buy them from the Operator if you have Alchemist NPC Lite.
