[BUG][Calamity] Slime God not going to phase 3

I just recently tried going for a playthrough with a friend, everything was going well, until we fought Slime God.
We managed to defeat both crimson and corruption slimes, but the slime god itself just disappeared, leaving behind a tin helmet and the trophy.

Any ideas on why this is happening/how to fix it?

No fix yet on my side, btw. Still happening, the only boss was the Slime God, all others dropped their loot bags normally.

I had the same problem fixed it by killing the boss in single player to get the loot bags.

Yeah, same, but in mp I wasn't able to make it work at all
