Need help, crafting/inventory bug?

i have about 15 mods enabled and when i came back to play on my world, i couldn't see any chests contents [no ui/items showing] even though i have clearly opened the chest, since the chest did the open animation and stays open like normal
Same issue with crafting, i open my own inventory and i dont have any crafting UI on the left anywhere, so i wondered if it was a conflicting mod causing an issue, which would make sense right?

first though, i decided to create a completely new world, no removing of any mods, just a new world...and everything works there just fine....no problems, yet on my other world i cannot craft or see inside of any chests inventory? anyone know this world crafting/inventory bug? and how to fix it for my world?
