Access to path denied?

Access to path denied any time i try to launch this even with a fresh install. i just recently swept through my pc and changed a bunch of settings but cant remember what exactly i changed that would cause this. Anyone know the windows setting to allow access?

running as admin and am the admin account. Not sure why this is happening

Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the error? Just shove it onto imgur or something

Fixed it just 3 seconds ago! found a reddit post about it and windows defender was "Protecting folders" and not allowing tmodloader to access it. i turned that off and it works great! sorry for late reply and ty for help. Hopefully this helps someone one day
