Eidolon wyrm keeps spawning when i go into the abyss

Hey guys, I just killed golem and when to the abyss to get some scoria but whenever i enter the first layer, an adult eidolon wyrm spawns and kills me instantly before going to my spawn and killing me again. I think this is a semi common issue so any help would be greatly appreciated :)

If you have the chaos state in the abyss, it's guaranteed to spawn, try not using any teleportation items and see how that goes
