Calamity Mod: Additional Difficulty Items (Malice, Death, Revengeance Mode, etc.) either despawned or not working

I'm not really sure what happened, it said that calamity had an update (and the music part too if that means anything), and once I had done the update, two things happened: One, the starter bag no longer contains any of the optional difficulty items like malice or death mode, except for Revengeance, and Two, none of the items work and do not enable any modes. What's going on?

Additionally, I think a few normal items have unloaded too, such as murky sludge(unless that's the only deloaded item), but most other items are working? Btw, I only added two mods recently, Magic Storage and Recipe Browser, but I don't think that they are the issue. Is this new Calamity update just bugged?
