Mod where you hold an item in your hand

I've been seeing plenty of mod showcase videos which have the player character holding the current weapon in their hand [as in, holding the weapon out at all times, not just when attacking]. I know for sure this doesn't happen in vanilla Terraria 1.4, let alone 1.3.5, which is what TModloader uses.

So far the only mod I've seen where the player holds their item out was Overhaul, but it mostly only worked for vanilla items, and I know for sure those mod showcases weren't using Overhaul.

Does anyone know which mod I'm talking about?
